Welcome to the 2012 Premier's Reading Challenge!

ATTENTION SCHOOLS - register now and enter the draw to win an author visit to your school for a day.  There are three visits to be won - one in each region.

The 10 week challenge starts on 18 June and schools across the state are encouraged to take part.   Register and order your PRC participation pack now - registration closes on 5 April.  All Tasmanian schools with students in Prep to Grade 6 are eligible to register.

This year, participating schools need to order their PRC participation pack when they register.   When registering, you will be asked to provide the number of children you expect to participate to ensure that you receive the right amount of materials for each student.  Each pack will include posters, bookmarks, reading logs and a small range of student incentives.

Important note

This year, PRC packs will only be distributed to those schools and home educators that have registered by 5 April.  Therefore, it is extremely important that the number of students and classes you register are correct, as it will tell us the quantity of materials needed for your PRC pack.
